A recognized expert in workforce development and systems alignment, Michael has held executive roles in nonprofits and government, including as CEO of St. Louis Training and Employment Services. His leadership in comprehensive service delivery extends across local, state, and national levels.

She has led apprenticeship expansion and served on the Oklahoma Governor’s Workforce Development Council, advancing cross-sector workforce strategies that align industry needs with public systems.
